There's a bunch of dudes out there that could use some ab exercises for men. And I'm sure there's a ton of chicks that would agree 100%. This post will include some of the best exercises to get the six pack abs that you are looking for. Just remember, nobody wants a bulky unattractive look. It's much more appealing to have a slim but ripped abs appearance.

Don't fear however because I want to bring up a few of the best ab exercises for men.
I have found that doing ab workouts alone won’t do a lot for you. Surely they are thought of as some of the best ab exercises for men and sure they develop your core muscles, but they do not actually help you in getting a visible six pack. All these workouts ever do is strengthen your core, not burn the fat off it.
How to Burn Belly Fat
Firstly, fat is unused energy. Fat is what we get when we consume more calories than we use up. The only way you are going to get rid of fat is by making use of all that energy. You can do it through special styles of workouts and by way of your diet.
The major cause of fat storage is through the food and drinks we consume daily. Also it does not help if we are not very physical when we’re not eating healthy. This is plain common sense and can be analysed by anybody.
So, the workouts I’m about to discuss with you may not look to be your normal ab workouts. It may not appear to be anyone’s version of the best ab exercises for men. However I shall clarify later why these workouts have been proven to work. And here they are:
Front Squats (barbell with light weights)
Renegade Dumbell Rows
One Arm Snatches
One Arm Swings
Hanging Knee Raises
Lying Leg Thrusts
Reverse Crunches
Making Them Effective
The most effective way to do these workouts is if you join all of them into one routine and use them as a circuit training routine. This way you are losing fat and developing your abdominal muscles.
Before I forget, the reason I recommended workouts such as front squats and the next 3 is the fact that they not only focus on your core, they focus on the other muscles needed for a good body. So when you do workouts that cause extra muscles to work, additional energy will be required thus you are losing extra calories.
Begin with one of the first four workouts on the list and do an exercise from the last three. Do these entire workouts one after the other without resting for one set. You should only rest a maximum of two minutes after each set. Perform 3 sets.
